Yeah, nobody knows about a site founded in 2010 whose flagship products are gaming bundles that usually earn HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS with proceeds going to charity. And said proceeds amount to over one hundred MILLION dollars since the site's inception:

There's region locking but that doesn't mean the keys don't work outside the U.S. I'm not going to bother linking here because this is handled on a case by case basis, moreso with larger, well-known publishers than smaller or indie games.
