There are hacky ways to get around that. They can be glitch though
In lieu of a guide, which I do not have time for right now, just unzip this to your Final Fantasy X | X-2 install directory and you are good to go. The release notes describe what little configuration you need to concern yourself with for now.

I'd love to be able to offer that feature, but... I actually do not have any code written to dump / replace textures in d3d11 games. I have it for d3d9 and GL, at some point it has to be done for d3d11.
I am working on a Dark Souls III mod primarily at the moment, which is also d3d11, so this stuff will happen eventually :)
