Go into a Ubi live chat with their support or open a ticket. Thats the copy/paste reply they're giving. I dont think its been posted publicly by an employee on their forums yet.

Except there's an in-client feature that allows users to request a refund on pre-orders.
You should be able to purchase from steam momentarily.
Where is your official statement explaining that? We have got zero information from either company and our money that we paid is bascially with Valve and we get nothing in return.
According to ubisoft support, as I have posted, it is a problem with pre-orders and they are working to fix it. Ontop of that, anyone who purchased the game already will be able to download the game as normal at release regardless of if its back on the store or not. Contact support if you want more detailed information.
