I may nab this tonight if I have time and test it out
I've mentioned this thread here:

If I get SteamVR to work I'll test all VR games I have and report back here.
Yep, me too. Fun game too.
I cant try it yet, coz steamvr still crashes for me :(
Of the games that come with the Vive, "Tilt Brush" and "Job Simulator" are unavailable, and "Fantastic Contraption" doesn't have an executable (I did not try the betas).
Other VR games that I have that I will try tonight are "4089", "5089", "Distance", and "Legend of Dungeon".
FYI: Official word from Valve is that disabling the Steam runtime WILL break VR due to special Vulkan libs.
At this point, we should expect that if a game has VR support on Linux, it will invariably be a recent addition with a corresponding announcement. At a minimum, the Linux binaries need to be recompiled with the SteamVR/OpenVR SDK present and the appropriate flags enabled, something that wasn't possible without an insider connection at Valve until earlier this year. In that light, I don't think it's worth our time to investigate beyond a quick peek at the game's newsfeed, but hey, if you want to shoot the moon, go nuts.
I take that to mean "we haven't even started to evaluate the possibility yet and don't want to commit to any stance at this time". Given how early it is, I don't blame them.
