He made a mod called zLIGHTS fix HALOGEN and zLIGHTS fix XENON
However this mod does a lot more than just make lights look GREAT they changes a lot in the game that I really like EXCEPT one thing it also puts the 90 k speed limiter back into game this mod seems to overrides any other mod for faster speed in game.
Would like to get a hold of him to see if he would remove speed restriction in his mod.
Or do you know any one else that could do this ??
Alternate method:
Use the built in Windows ZIP feature in Windows Explorer. Change the extension of the .scs to .zip, browse the Mod file as if it were a folder, find the /def/ folder inside, delete the game_data.sii file. Change the extension .zip back to .scs and put the Mod in your mod folder.
There is only one change in the game_data.sii file inside the Mod, it changes the interior volume of outdoor sounds. You can safely remove the game_data.sii file and it will not affect the functionality of the Mod.
