How do you hire better drivers and make money faster?
I'm about level 18 in this game and I feel like my company is not nearly as big and expanded as it maybe should be. I have my own truck and make about 25-30k per job while my 1 hired driver and truck only makes 3K per job. The other available drivers for hire aren't any better skilled and would make even less.

Does the truck I give my driver effect how long they take to improve? She's driving a 380Bhp truck now, if I give her a better one will it help? Does anyone have general tips of how I can expand my company with better drivers and make money faster?

You can't hire hire better drivers, you have to skill them up just as you did with your self. And buy the cheepest truck to them it don't matter what they drive they still make the same and level up as you do. When they level up they make more money for you, I have drivers there make between 15 and 30 k per job, so it's just a matter of time and you will make money faster than you can use them.

Not only do they have to level up just like you, but you can also install a mod (Google it!) that makes sure they pick up a job on the way back to their home garage. This will help them level up and make money twice as fast. You can consider it a cheat, but in the real world most drivers would not just come all the way home unloaded.

So regardless of how many recruitment agencies I discoverer, it's always the same low skilled drivers available for hire? So you recommend I just buy the cheapest trucks I can find and throw a low skilled drivers in them as soon as possible?

Personally, i cant have me staff driving 'bad/cheap' trucks. Gives bad street cred imo.
A fleet of state-of-the-art vehicles for me.

discovering agencies you can find more option for drivers, more skilled and that means they can delivery better paid cargo, actually I'm level 28 and I have a lot of option concerning hiring drivers near my level, also your drivers will level up driving. and agree with the cheap truck point, your drivers will never drive with a highers speed than 55 mph meanwhile you can.
