Force feedback stopped working with Logitech Drive Force GT
Hello everybody,

I'm using a Logitech DFGT steering wheel for playing ETS2. I didn't play for about half a year but recently I plugged in the wheel again and wanted to cruise around a bit. However, although I am sure that force feedback worked perfectly the last time I played, now it seems to be completely switched off. It is switched on in the controller settings though! Also it is still working nicely with other games like Grid Autosport or Racer, so obviously, it is an ETS2 problem.

Thanks for any hints on how to make the force feedback work again!

See if FF is ticked in game settings and the slider positions.

Yes, it is, and slider positions were at default values (about the middle of the scale), I also tried to put all of them to maximum, unfortunately with no effect.

@racdavies: Which updates do you mean? I am using Linux, so Logitec Profiler is not available, but I am using ltwheelconf, a utility to change the settings of Logitech steering wheels. It can control the force feedback gain factor (value between 0 and 100), but since the problem appears with ETS2 only while the force feedback works for other games, I think that this setting is correct.
