New patch

Why does it say 1.11.1s on my ETS2 version. Also I have tried to play by adding Promod ETS 2, and the game crash.

"why?" For the glory of satan, of course.... it's just a new patch, that's why 1.11.1... Old maps don't work on 1.11.1. wait for them to update, OR use a pre-patch.

ProMods hasn't been updated yet to be compatible with the new 1.11 patch, which was released earlier this week. Give them a few days - last i heard they were ironing out some bugs with the next ProMods release.

Why is my ETS2 beeing updated by itself although I set it in properties NOT to be updated automatically??? I played in May last time, now I wanted to play today - it was updated and I couldn't do anything against it and now it crashes all the time!

How can I set back the update? I do NOT want updates! That's why I set it this way! Really frustrating!

How do I find out which patch level I had before today? I`m not a programmer, I just want to play ETS2 and want my saved game results back.

check in your "my documents" euro truck simulator 2 folder, there is a backup of your profile. You need this.

In the properties (here in steam) you can set the "BETA" you can patch back as far as you need... but many mods are still updated to the new versions, so a "update" to 1.10 would be ok. Test again. Doesn't work? patch back to 1.9. and so on

yea TSM and Promods are both struggling with 1.11, for now just set the game back to 1.10.1.19 in the beta tab.

Thanks all but it doesn't explain to me the " S " at the end of 1.11.1s. Or I did not understand someone in here.BTW am not brezilian :)

The 's' indicates this patch is part of the 'stable' release branch.

That makes more sense, the retail does not have the 's' (* didn't have *, when I was retail)
