How to add friends in world of trucks in order to play together with them?If anyone could help me...

This game has no MP feature, it's strictly SP only (for now).

The only means of doing so is through using the unofficial MP mod which is created and maintained by regular people. This means that it has nothing to do with the official version of ETS2 or SCS.
