no sound in SPAZ
Most of the games I've installed under linux are running fine (half-life, team fortress 2, bastion, and yet it moves and more). Anyway with SPAZ i can play very fast but can hear no sound.
I''m running an ubuntu-based distribution, using hdmi with a tv.
Sound should come from the tv
Any idea what the problem is?

Sound suddenly died on me, even after working perfectly fine before. It was related to a missing libopenal.so file. For me, anyways, this fixed it:
sudo -i ln -s /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libopenal.so.1 /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libopenal.so

I have the same problem. It seems a fix is coming with the next update, so I'll be holding off playing SPAZ until then: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux/issues/1438

No sound after game installation. My solution (xubuntu 13.04):
1) install libopenal1:i386
2) sudo ln -s /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libopenal.so.1.14.0 ~SPAZ/libopenal.so
