Ressources and where to find them!
I have searched alot, but i can't seem to find a list of coordinates to ressources on the map. I am at the moment struggling to find any silica pearls, do anyone know where they are?
So my goal with this is to help out people who are new to the map, like myself, who can't find the ressource they need.
My server launched 2 days ago, so I haven't gotten far on the map yet. But I will post coords to the ressources I have found below and continue to do so as I find them. If you have found any, don't hesitate to tell me, so I can add it. Just tell which ressource you have found, the coords and maybe a little description about it and the area. So yea, here we go with the list:

  • Metal Ore: This should be easy to find, but here are a few spots I found: 69.0,81.3 - 65.5,81.1 - 63.4,72.4 - 56.2,63.3
  • Obsidian: Just a tiny bit up the mountain: 55.7,64.8
  • Beaver Dams: Around in the lake: 58.2,73.5
  • Rare Mushrooms: Can be farmed from the trees in the swamp and from the red mushrooms on the ground: 50.9,81.3
  • Rare Flowers: Drops from the red mushrooms in the swamp: 50.9,81.3
  • Bio Toxin: Drops from the red mushrooms in the swamp: 50.9,81.3

This will be updated frequently over the next few days.
Have a great day.

Silica pearls are exceedingly abundant underwater, spread uniformly throughout the ocean but also available in most bays and large lakes.

Any locations for Ovis?

loads of obsidian on the volcano island (although wyverns roam there) and in the area between mount olympus and the redwood. There's also some spread out in the desert.

also taking a therezino to the swamp and using the subtle farming method on the greyish plants gets you waaay more than you get from the red mushrooms

there's also organic polymer plants in the red cave underneath redwood island

Anybody found any of the black pearls since the update today?

well, the tunnel's much clearer, so at least euryptherids are visible. haven't seen actual black pearl nodes like on rag though. (must admit, didn't have clear vision enabled when i was underwater) and there's supposed to be a new artifact cave somewhere, so who knows, maybe they're inside

Shall have to get some sea-dinos and go exploring then

for the euryptherid passage i suggest a basilosaur. there's jellyfish/eels and obviously euryptherids down there, basilo can't be harmed by them like other waterdinos. Also a basilo has a lot of hp and quick hp recovery, which comes in handy with the dunkleosteus also in the water passage.

It's the large ruin on the mountaintop west of the desert and near Mt. Olympus.

Best spots are the desert, specifically its caves, and the volcanic island.

Where is this euryptherid passage people mentioned? Are there any places black pearl nodes spawn?

The passage can be found connecting the central black sand lake at the foot of Olympus to the ocean. There are a handful of black pearl nodes spread out in the deepest parts of the ocean.
