Element ore can be found on the aberrant island and in the cave under it as well as the cave under the redwood island and in the city of Atlantis. Rough coordinates are approximately 85, 5 for AB Isle; 5,27 for RW Isle; and underwater near 95,95 for Atlantis. That will get you pretty close, both of the cave entrances are underwater as well.
