Map will not play on even medium graphics

Everything looks like the lowest graphic setting with low resolution, even though i can play on the island and ragnarok with high settings just fine. Its is literally just this map that wont let me play with anything higher then the lowest, I have it on high right now and nothing switches graphical. Any fixs?
