2) World Wonder buildings
3) Dothraki Civ (Khal Drogo)
4) White Walkers civs (The Night King)
4) Real Dragons units
Also when you get into over 150 ++ turns there are so many archaeologist that you cant move even with the reaseon maintance cost that you made on the unite the ai still are gonna pump out 30++++ of the unit especially the tullys and the tyrells
- You can not have seaters, but you can have a The Night King instead.
- Starts with General (The Night King), which can convert units (civs or barbarians) to your army (1 unit conversion action every 10 turns).
- The Night King: is not consumed after doing the action, will be prevented from converting other units every 10 turns.
- The Night King: If defeated all the army that was converted by him is destroyed.
- Enemy units killed per unit White Walker is converted to the army, provided she is killed on snow or tundra terrain.
- The Night King may form leading White Walkers knights when converting noble cavalry to your army. These knights can attack other units and convert up to 3 actions).
1. Balance:
-Tier 2 Ship should have 15-20 additional Power and Quadrireme 2 should have range 2. Otherwise no one except the Greyjoy go to the sea (this make the skill of Balon Greyjoy quite useless unless he sit on an lonely island).
-Sand Snake II: As strong as a Knight, cheaper, appear earlier, no resources requirement and have 2 bonus (+5 Pow on Neutral or Foreign tiles and +10 Pow on Coastal) which make them have 70 Pow in most case. I would happy to see they have 60 Pow as other Pikeman.
-Swordman II: This unit type should be buffed, they appear later than Pikeman, require Iron and have 50 Pow while Pikeman have 60 Pow. The only reason to buy them is that they can be build 25% faster. But 50 Pow by that time make them kind of exp feeder (I think 55 or 60 Pow will be good for them, also buff the Bannerman II of the Stark and any Swordman related unit if you buff them).
-Red Cloak II: Same stat, took 2 times longer to build and cost 1 more gold to maintain compare to Swordman II and by the time, most people already have Iron somewhere in their Kingdom. The only advantage is that they don't require Iron. (Pikeman II have same build time, cost less to maintain and stronger).
-Scorpion: Their Range Pow might be the highest in the game, but move 1, range 1 and 20 Melee Pow make them completely useless with their supper high cost.
-Dragon: 65 Pow for Dragon I is too high (you play with Knight II while other play with Horseman), they can clear an entire army by the time you get them in a blink. For Dragon II, an armies of Knights have 83 Pow, and a Dragon II have 85 Pow. the cost to maintain them is high but their build cost is not. I haven't try but if we can form an armies with them, It will make them almost impossible to defeat.
2. My idea for new mechanic:
-I would like to see an Major Power as a City State. Maybe City State Winterfell (House Stark), City State High Garden (House Tyrell) but the city state will only appear if their is no leader come from that house. (I'm not sure can it be done. :D But it will be fun and we can also have some of City State as Major Power later if it work. :D)
3. My idea for new civ:
-Wildling:
*With Mamoth/Giant.
*Get free melee units after capturing Babarian camp (depend on Tech) or convert the babarian that they killed but get no bonus from Village.
-White Walker:
*Amenity is always 0. Unit don't cost anything to maintain. Can't get envoy and always in war with every other civ.
Get Settlers by clear babarian camp but cities can only build units. (No builder or trader) :D
4. Leader:
-Margaery Tyrell (House Tyrell): Something about housing and amenity.
-Joffery/ Renny (House Baratheon): I think you are making them as I see them in the Leader list.
-Oberyn (House Martel): Yes, I know, he haven't never became a real leader in both the show or the book, but I would like to play him as an leader. :P
There is more that I will add after play the mod few more times. :D
You could also make Daenerys spawn Dothraki Screamers and Unsullied. The dragon as helicopter thing is really immersion breaking, so fix that.
Putting in Essos would make hte Greyjoys instantly important. Currently they are useless.
Why does Tully's Riverrun have the highest pop in every game I've played? Should be King's Landing imo.
Overall great mod, been playing it a bunch. If you don't put Dany in the game it's actually quite a well-balanced mod.
Finally, and this is huge...ADD WONDERS. Currently certain policy cards and govt's are useless because they boost wonders. Natural wonders would be cool too, but less important.
Suggested Wonders: Sept of Baelor (use leaning tower), Great Pyramid of Mereen (use pyramids), the Red Keep (use any castle one), the Citadel, Great Stallion Statue in Vaes Dothrak, Titan of Bravos (use colossus), Crypts of Winterfell
*By Units:
-Type 2 naval units are at the moment quite bad. If not useless except for house Greyjoy (which are supper strong). City defense can 1 hit kill a fleet, and that is not good seeing Greyjoy or Stannis stand on their island with 1 town, garrisoned by 1 Archer and can't do anything.
-Type 2 Crossbow have low defend (but really high attack and 3 ranger), so late game become the game of who attack first. (Unless you have 2 time more Archer than your enemy or enough Knight to break their defense line).
+I would like to see a late game Siege Unit.
+For Archer, maybe keep them as Ranger 2, increase defend and reduce attack.
-Swordman II is also useless. It come later than Spearman, need Iron to build, build faster but same maintain cost.
The problem is Swordman vs Pikeman combat:
+Sword: 50+10 for bonus against Pike=60, and Pike is also 60 (which mean they are equal, and Spearman have additional bonus with Knight while Sword have Penalty, so Pike is much better to serve as frontline for Archers.) I would like to see all type of Swordman II have additional 5 attacks. The only good Swordman II is Kingguard II.
+Scorpion: Just and useless unit as Knight and Dragon always hit first.
*By Leader:
+House Stark: Bannerman is really strong early on. When I run AI battle, they always Capture all of the North to Riverrun, sometime they come even further to the South by turn 150. By that time, other Houses have something equally strong to deal with them but they are swarmed and lose every battle 2 to 1 (In my ♥♥♥ game, Eddard defeat the alliance of Peter, Edmure and Robert that trying to prevent him getting south.)
+House Martell: Sand Snake is really strong units, expecially Sand Snake II, 5 atk higher than Pikeman II with ton of buff. I've see Doran defeat Daenerys with 4 Dragons in 1.4. (He also have quite good position in the game.)
*By Position:
+Greyjoys and Stannis always start in an island, which make them unable to do anything for very long time.
+Essos is large and there are only 2 Leader that can spawn there, so the problem is, if the 2 leaders is played by players, they can be supper strong. If they are played by the AI, the swarm of Babarian will prevent them doing anything. (Normally, by turn 100, no army, 2-4 cities will all tiles plundered.)
