Daenarys invades at a random time, after you do the invasion quest, the day she comes is random, when she does come she will be at dragonstone. Btw you get Blackfyre from Daenarys.

You have to do the missions Varys is giving you (I think they were 5 diffrent ones), when you success in everyone then she will land on Dragonstone and you'll be made her vasall

I'm confused. Do I have to do some additional quests by Varys or will she come in randomly? and wouldn't Daenarys have darksister?

Not that I've done this quest yet, bit I've read that she appears at random once you complete the Varys quest line.

Danerys will only appear in the invasion if you are using the HBO Show's character names instead of the books. Aemon is the invader if you are using the name list from the books :)

I don't really understand what you mean. If you're asking why the invader is Aemon I wouldnt have a clue. Canonically, (**Kind of a spoiler i guess**) Aemon would've already been executed by this point in the story (He was executed when Robert Baratheon won the war against the mad king). But regardless, I like how it is still a feature in the mod.

Wait was he NOT the white-haired dude running around claiming to be one of the royal family in the later books? I thought the book version was that guy.

I was wrong. Apollogies. I was thinking of Raegar Targaryen. I have no idea why it is Aemon in lue of Daenerys. My assumption would be because Aemon was such a common name for Targaryen men, but only the author can say for sure. At this point canonically, the last Aemon Targaryen should be the Maester at the wall, but feel free to prove me wrong on the lore. I can only say for sure that he rocks up instead of Dany if youve chosen the book characters.

Aemon fleed to Essos with Varys, he Jon Snow and Daenerys are the last targaryens, In the book varys helps young Aemon to be trained and to invade Westeros

In the books Aemon survived the raiding of Kings Landing and fled to Essos with the help of Jon Cunnigham, his plans are to invade Westeros with the Golden Company
