Recommend using WSE2 with AWOIAF mod. WSE2 takes away almost all of crashes and optimizes Warband game engine with mod. Makes a massive, massive difference. Gaming changing.

Crashes wayyy too often to be fun, everything else is fine / plays well / looks good. but the crashing in unbareable. IMO use cheat mode with your first playthough until you understand the mechanics if you can get past the 15 minute crashes

a very annoying error when trying to take a quest from the lords. I'm using WSE-2, a new batch, everything is as it should be.

Do you know how to fix this problem?

UPD ; This error appears after completing a quest to destroy a bandit camp.

SO FREAKING HARD, I genuinely got up to a point where I tried dueling a lord, they were two times quicker than me, I didn't rage quit... also, textures don't work at alll for Mac because I can't download the WSE2. What caused me to rage quit was trying to figure out the ferry system, ALLOW ME TO CHOOSE WHERE TO GO GUYS PLEASE!!!

P.S for other comment, it also seems that any of the Stark girls and Myrcella can no longer be seen? also, cant seem to offer marriage to Daenerys if you choose the one backround like before, unless you gotta be in her faction? XD

hmmm, glad i came back to this mod when i got the WSE2 thing to help :D lots of fun and chaos XD also, dont mean to spoil for anyone but be careful if you ever decide to do the battle of the bastards debug...it, uh...changes the story/game a bit when you win XD hope the creator/author keeps updating this and adding more things :D (only complaint and not even a real one, is the camp action option is missing, thus cant use the debug cheat to instant complete town/city upgrades XD it takes forever even with good engineering skills.)

There already is a Find Item cheat in mod, you just need to be using WSE2 and activate cheats by pressing Ctrl + ~ (tilde) to open the console, type cheatmenu, and press Enter. You then go the camp menu and click on cheats and find item. You can only use Find Item Cheat if you have WSE2 installed to be absolutely clear.

Do you mind Adding a finde item cheat pls i dont have a lot of time on my hands.

The version number used to be part of the translation, so if youre using old language files, it may show an old version number.

Hi, I was playing the version v10.1 in an old computer. This week I bought a new one, so I logged in in steam, downloaded mount and blade warband and suscribed to the mod in the workshop, but the version I load is the v8.0. Therefore I removed my susbscription and downloaded the v10 + 10.1 patch from moddb and place the folder in the M&B warband folder "modules", but still, when loading the game, the version 8.0 of AWOIAF appeared in the main menu. I have tried to reinstall M&B: warband and the mod, but still I have the same issue. Any ideas on how to solve it? Thanks in advance!

difficult than vanilla and other modules, and it delivers on that promise without feeling like someone is holding a match to your grundle. TLDR: Needs better balance for weapons and their swing speed, needs to decrease the increments of time between allowing you to play songs in towns, and NEEDs to take into consideration that if you survived 18 plus years in a gritty fantasy world that you at least have some understanding or proficiency in at least ONE skill. Especially if you pick that you were a warrior or trained in some way during your childhood. With the amount of work required to gain experience at all or knowledge in fighting, there wouldnt be any wars at all with how this module represents itself.

Went from town to town trying to earn gold that way or even just enjoy some of the flaunted RPG aspects, only to never be able to do that. Also, whats up with places that are modeled as towns and centers not having anything you can do in them like selling goods or visiting taverns? crazy how a Wildling from the free lands survived over 18 years only to have zero idea how to properly swing a weapon. The training zone is made obsolete because you can never swing fast enough to even beat the slowest of warriors. Even crazier that you start off swinging a weapon slower than a nun wielding a lead pipe. Weapons do not weigh as much as this mod likes to make you feel like they do in their swing. Also, expect to be able to do bardic activities once every 10 damn years. gotta make a third post

I'd rather cheese grate my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nut sack than play this any longer than i already have. Extremely unrealistic swing times for weapons, freelancer is useless in this as you only earn 70 experience a week; being a farmer some how gives more experience than being in a professional army, while on top of that not only lowers renown but your reputation as well. Is the field i'm tilling a field full of infants instead of dirt? No idea how being a farmer gives you the reputation of being unkind. For an idea of whether im skilled at M&B or not, ive easily made it to level 50 plus in multiple play throughs on many different modules. this mod is described as being harder than vanilla or other modules, yet this mod isnt made harder in the traditional gamer sense, it achieves its level of difficulty by making nothing make any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense. unable to post due to how long my review is, so i gotta make a separate post

@Fallen Lord i tried to. i downloaded and followed the guide for it but everytime i go to start the game, it gives an Error report about core Shader missing? and even following the guide to fix that doesnt work either.

oh, been a while since i played this and saw some new things...one issue, the Occult tower keeps crashing my game, no matter what i do.

thought for a new troop , something like a valarian steel infantry be that only swords or with armour that could be a very expensive alternative to the obsidian troops for the white walkers

I've understood that in earlier versions it was possible to be a vassal for Robb and with high enough relations you can ask about marrying Sansa. Is this possible still?

It is strongly recommended to play AWOIAF with WSE2. When you literally play AWOIAF the first main menu screen recommends using WSE2 when playing.

Why is WSE2 not recommended on the mod page if it fixes the crashes?

Are you using WSE? Have cheated or used edit mode in your game at all?

If you are not using WSE2, it will crash frequently. If you have used cheats or edit mode during your game, you are very likely going to have issues with crashes and also saves are much, much more likely to become corrupted.

Won't stop crashing B of B battle now won't even load despite reverting to saves.

why am i having so many treasons from random lords all over the map just after starting a new game? is it a bug? i haven't had it in any other mods

Why are the Frey ranged troops archers? I don't know about the books, but in the TV Show they used crossbows, and since the only faction with crossbows in Westeros are the Westerlands I think adding the special troop of the Freys with crossbows would be a nice idea, instead of archers.
