"Brog comes galloping up beside you with a frenzied look in his eyes", and then retells the SAME story that he told when you pass Penthos ? Is there an error with this dialogue?

For more information:
-I gotten Brog and freed Reed.
-Brog had his talk when passing Penthos,
-Reed had his when passing Kings Landing.
-About a month or so later, Brog "came galloping up besides me" and felt the urge to retell me his story he told when passing Penthos;-)

I strongly think this is a bug.
Can it be fixed without having to start a new game? (it could be just a pointer in a file that is wrong)
