I second this request.

Someone with the knowledge and means, please, would it be possible to create a custom "menus" .txt file for AWOIF version 6.0 allowing access to the "Find Item" menu?

Sorry for my English. Thank you for your attention.

This really on requires a simple edit of the menus.txt file
1st find the line
menu_camp_cheat 0 Select_a_cheat: none 0 14
change the 14 to a 15 so it looks like
menu_camp_cheat 0 Select_a_cheat: none 0 15

then directly underneath this line, you should see this line
mno_testing_cheats 0 Cheats_fast_use. 1 2060 1 864691128455135264 .

Add this line directly underneath the fast use cheat line code
mno_camp_cheat_find_item 0 Find_an_item... 1 2060 1 864691128455135265 .

so that the final product looks like this
menu_camp_cheat 0 Select_a_cheat: none 0 15 mno_testing_cheats 0 Cheats_fast_use. 1 2060 1 864691128455135264 . mno_camp_cheat_find_item 0 Find_an_item... 1 2060 1 864691128455135265 .

and you should have access to the item menu cheat.

I will mention that I am not very experienced in coding and that this could cause bugs that I do not have the knowledge to fix, but I tried this out and it seems to work.

Hope this gives you the answer you wanted :)
