Marriage
im trying the marriage system in the mod but its with cersei and the mission is taking a while and im wondering if this is a glitch or bug, or is it that i cant marry cersei.

Is Westerlands at war with any factions? If so, you might have to wait until they make peace or win because IIRC marriages can't happen when the faction is at war, which is a little bit of an embugerance given how war-heavy everyone is and how AFAIK the only way for an outside group to have two factions make peace is with the Guild Master quest which turns up once in a blue moon.
