Riverlands not at war with the Westerlands
Hey, so to start, I absolutely love this mod, it's brilliant and I've spent a lot of time playing it.
Now, I recently updated the mod to its most recent version and I've ran into a problem where, even though Ned's been beheaded and the North has ridden to Harrenhal, the Riverlands aren't at war with the Westerlands. Is this normal or is there a trigger where they will be at war soon?

Also found a problem where after deliering the letter to Stannis, he doesn't declare war on the Westerlands, as he did in the previous patches. Is this an actual bug, and is there anything I can do to fix both issues?

So, for me, thats normal. The westerlands later declare war on the Riverlands for "kidnapping Tyrion Lanister."

Dragonstone will probably attack the westerlands later as well.

Dragonstone only attacks the westerlands if you give stannis the letter. Though they may just die out even before you get there. Honestly what in the world is up with how weak they are? They cant survive unless you camp at their lands and defend them. And even then, its just a matter of time.

They dont always attack right away after the letter. Took a couple of days for me.
