Targaryrens
I was wondering if it was possible to find Daenerys without having to complete Varys quests and also wondered if it was possible to find the Targaryen Kingsguard armour could be found. Anyone have any clue for either?

You have to do the varys questline in order to get Daenerys to invade and also to get the Targ armour, you recieve the armour after you finish the questline

I've got the armour, but how do I get the helmet?

I think you just join House Targaryen then go to the faction blacksmith in one of the towns owned by the targs, it should have the plate helm there.

How I complete the quest? I must to defeat Hedge knight near Duskendale, but they are very strong...

You need to increase your army then, with good units.
