What if I cant get into King's Landing due to low (hostile) relation with Lanisters... how would one trigger the invasion then? And what villages/towns do then have Targaryan recruits?

Do Varys Questline.

Best to save in case you mess anything up.

First Quest: Accept Varys request in the lord's hall of King's Landing and go to Sunspear in Dorne, During the day stroll through town, Find the guy standing under the tree in the middle of town and choose the 3rd option.

Second quest: Return to Varys and he'll tell you to catch a spy running from King's Landing, When you leave the town you'll see 1 blue troop running from King's Landing south towards the stormlands, Follow him and he'll meet with the rest of his troops, when he combines with them, attack them and knock them unconscious with a blunt weapon and select to capture them after battle.

Third quest: Bring the spies back to Varys, He'll ask you to fight a large army of 80 hedge knights just north outside of King's Landing around Duskendale.

Fourth quest: Return to Varys and he'll ask you to train 12 skilled Braavo troops, Sail to Braavo and ask their villages for recruits and train 12 of them to Skilled Braavo.

Fifth quest: Bring the 12 Skilled Braavo troops back to Varys and he'll ask you to meet him outside, Stroll through King's Landing during the day and find Varys standing next to the great sept of baelor, A large building that looks like a church, it's near the Guild Master.

Last quest: Talk to Varys and agree with him, Go back near Sunspear and there will be a village just outside called the Water Gardens, Go there and stroll through during the day to find a woman standing around in a green dress, talk with her and agree to help the Targaryens.

Return to Varys to finish his quest line, Eventually Targaryens will invade and the faction will be created.
