Hello, I've been to a lot of cities and I can't find anywhere where they don't say they don't have the "resources or skill" to make me a Cog or Large Galley. Is anywhere able to build them? 'Cause I've tried Braavos, I've tried Pyke, I've tried Old Town, I've tried Sunspear, I've tried White Harbour and I've tried Pentos. Among others, those seem to me like they *should* have the resources for a bigger ship?
