All that appears needed is Conveyor Support :)

I dont know why a lot of these are not currently vanilla

Conveyor support..?
You litterally can just place it 2 blocks underneath the passage.

Well, this and ladders.
And the Air Vent passages do have conveyor points so chances are these can act as junctions for conveyors.
