it says mod-30i-india-released so its in indias richt or am i rong. ingame Indiaas sos bad englis

Not sure I understand you. India is just a release name, we had Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrott, Golf, Hotel, and now India. It's got nothing to do with the country of India.
