Trouble with editing in game

Hi everyone!
Have a trouble with mod.
I am an Admin on my cluster, but mode doesnt see me like Admin and dont give to condigure In game.
Someone know reason or can help?

I too am having this problem. I am admin and it loads fine but there is no edit button avaliable.

Set GameUserSettings.ini

UseJson=talse

If True you wont be able to change the UI ingame https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/924619115/1290691308582832751/

Works for me.
