All units have caps now. Clan unique and some avanced units have fixed values while common units have dynamic caps.
Dynamics caps works with buildings

NOTE: The effects are not visible as the UI already has a heavy load of effects, specially in settlements chains

you should increase the increase rate of common unit. because this is really low. need a level 4 military city to build one more common unit mob is really low for the cost of military city ( average 30 k ). so to build a whole army you need 20 region fully uppgread ( so 30 k x 20 = 600 k. at the rythme of 10 k by turn you need to wait 60 turn.). That's really to heavy to increase the unit limit.

yes the unit caps are a bit rigged. Each military based city should buff the common unit cap by at least 10.
Oh god so what your saying is if i reach these limits best i can do is BRIBE AND BRIBE AND BRIBE past this correct? EZY!
