Running just these.. + the optional deployables loaded first, all is working
However, the AI is always building traditional town. Have you planned to modify it please?
Also, as it is not possible to dismantle the town and so on, I'm kind of stuck with the traditional building..

As for the mod itself, there are some glaring issues that have to be fixed with the Pack File Manager unfortunately, such as the Arms Factory not providing the actual resource needed to build Carbine Cav and Guard Infantry and it's impossible to recruit more than one Shinobi without modifying the stats of certain buildings to increase capacity for example. Another issue is the AI itself. For some reason, every single AI clan prioritizes being traditional over modern.
