How to play on 5th difficulty?

Hello,
so together with some friends, we explored 1th difficulty, got all the gear, but since some bosses are not available on easy, we decided go 5th diff to expirience all bosses.
And we got destroyed by first wave boss. Naturaly, seeing as we could even get kowlon sets, simply because we got not enough time.
