just change dota language to Chinese
and go solo on that map realm of chaos mt.shu u will see the store button,
using Alipay on ur phone by scanning QR code to pay

Let us choose our fate/destiny, there is no point in locking in as we just quit and rejoin until we get what we want and that isn't fun and pointless.
