go compose and then materials at top in compose menu. then u can see there weapons. but u need soul stones for those weapon. u can get soul stones by decomposing C+ item. to decompose: hold the item with your mouse and drag it to decompose which appears next to inventory. and then your can forge your weapon with special stones.
