You can use it to summon a boss:
See up there in the "cosmos" part where you drop end-game sets
Right in the middle of it there are torches waiting to be lit, use your beads on it.
That boss transforms the end-game weapon crafted from the parts you get in heaven and hell chest into the very best weapon if killed with it.
