Where do I make Ambrum Fiber?

Ok. I'm playing as Aegi character and to make things I need an Ambrum Fiber, but I can't find where I can make it. Maybe it's a bug or something like bug. But please somebody help me!

Ambrum fibers are harvested from the Ambrum plant, which always spawns on lush (starter) worlds. It looks a bit like cotton, but with much longer white fibers - it's quite hard to miss. At least one such plant should always spawn on your starter world, which you can break to get the fibers and a reusable seed.
