A few of the highlights in this update are:
-An all-new random events system, spicing up exploration gameplay!
-Updates to the Harrowing event, including new masks
-A large amount of minor fixes, QoL updates, visual improvements and more

Version 2.3.11 is a quick hotfix that resolves two frequently-encountered issues introduced by recent updates.

-Fixed the crash caused by selecting the crafting recipe for the Vanguard Missile Pod
-Fixed the Advanced Test Drive quest not correctly giving Aeginian characters their upgraded mech body recipe

Version 2.3.10 fixes a number of issues introduced by the Vanilla 1.4 update, and makes various changes and additions to the mod as well. The full list of changes is long and convoluted, but can be found on GitHub: https://github.com/Aegonian/ElithianAllianceStarboundMod/commits/master

The most important changes and fixes introduced by this update are:

-Fixed hidden background quests, like the Event Notification Handler, being displayed in the quest log. They should be invisible again now
-Updated a large number of Unique weapons. Under-performing weapons have gotten boosts, and many weapons that lacked alternate abilities now have an alternate ability
-Updated visual effects for various projectiles, status effects etc.
-Added four new Unique weapons, and made several previously unobtainable Unique weapons obtainable through regular gameplay
-Added a new stealth tech obtained through the Creon Embassy
-Added a variety of new items and objects, including functional wired security cameras

Version 2.3.9 fixes a number of issues and adds minor new content to the mod:

-Improved Sealed Caches so that they properly inherit their level from the world they are found on
-Sealed Cache tooltips now display the Cache's treasure level
-Updated various charged weapons with a new scripted charging animation
-Added a controllable version of the Alliance hoverbike, available for purchase in the Creon Embassy
-Minor improvements and changes to the Avikan Keff and Blink Keff
-Added a decorative Empty Avikan Glass object
-Ores and various crafting materials from Elithian Races Mod can now be refined into pixels at the refinery
-The projectiles created by Anakahr Staff's alt ability now bounce once
-Avikan NPCs now draw from a custom quest pool which should hopefully prevent issues with NPCs graduating into vanilla crewmember types. This change is still a WIP!
-Added Akkimari fossils which can be obtained through the fossil extraction mini-game
-Added various new objects, items etc. in preparation of future updates
-Various fixes and improvements

Version 2.3.8 fixes a number of issues and adds minor new content to the mod:

-Redesigned the bunker underneath the landing tower in Aeginian Colonies
-This redesign should prevent NPC pile-ups and hopefully resolve the erroneous theft notifications
-Added functional versions of the background doors, which can be wired up to create point-to-point teleporters
-Added crafting recipes for Avikan numeral signs
-Hovering objects, like the light orbs and the Centensian artefact, now smoothly hover through a script rather than an animation
-Added a craftable Trink-themed version of the Creon Embassy teleporter
-Added roof collision to Alliance Shuttlecraft and Ruste Alliance Shuttlecraft objects
-Fixed an error with the event handler script
-Fixed shield positions (for shield-type status effects) getting offset when teleporting while crouching
-Fixed issues with the Thorn and other lances not registering consecutive hits
-Various other minor fixes, adjustments and additions
-Various content additions in preparation of a larger future update

Version 2.3.7 introduces a new event called the Landing Festival, a celebration of the Aegi's first arrival on Elithia hundreds of years ago. The event acts as ERM's Christmas and New Year's event, complete with a new snowy location, decorated trees and an abundance of presents!

-Added a new instanced location, the Festival Hall
-Added new event, the Landing Festival
-Added many new event-themed items, armour pieces, weapons, objects and NPCs
-Decorated the Creon Embassy with event-themed objects that reflect currently active events
-Added new winter-themed Aeginian clothing
-Fixes and improvements to various tooltips
-Unique Alliance Cache now always rewards level 6 items
-Unique Trinkian Cache now always rewards level 6 items
-Fixed Unique Alliance Cache's rarity and price

-Re-tuned existing mining lasers with different stats for every racial mining laser
-Reworked Chainsaw behaviour to be more comprehensive
-Chainsaws now cut down trees and other objects
-Chainsaws play a different sound effect while mining
-Re-tuned mining strength for existing chainsaws
-Added new Akris Bars material
-Added new Akris Glass material
-Added new Akris Beam Connector material
-Split Akris Beam into horizontal and vertical variants
-Changed zLevel on various Akkimari tiles
-Added variants of the Akris Plating and Akris Scrap Plating that have higher zLevels
-Miniboss-type enemies now have large Boss-type HP bars
-Fixed a rendering issue with plating-style materials
-Fixed a sprite issue in the Alliance Prefab Wall
-Improvements to Creon Embassy ground tiles
-Added custom behaviour config for crook-type weapons
-The Bone Crook has been updated to function like the new crook-type weapons
-Crook-type weapons now have a Rail Hook alt ability
-Various other additions, fixes and improvements

Version 2.3.6 is a quick hot-fix to address some of the recently reported issues:

-Removed "avikan" tag from Bow of the Elithian
-Changed metamaterial IDs for racing gate metamaterials for compatibility with Shreddys' Complex Blocks
-Akkimari Striker now has its own treasurepools, action figure and collection entries
-Improved anchor positions for Akris Side Plating and its inverted variant
-More anchoring options for Akris Side Plating and its inverted variant

Version 2.3.5 brings an end to the Harrowing event, but it also includes a variety of new additions, changes and fixes. Here's an overview of the most important changes this update:

-Completely reworked behaviour and configuration of all bow-type weapons
-Bows now drain energy while drawing, and drain less energy while fully charged
-Arrows are loosed by releasing the button or running out of energy, even if not fully charged
-Bows are now split into four categories which determine draw time, energy cost, hold cost, damage, range and accuracy, with small variations within categories
-Improved sprites for many bows
-Added attachments for bows
-Added attachments for machineguns
-Added elemental ammo mods for assault rifles
-Machineguns now gain accuracy faster while crouched, but are less accurate while moving
-Increased damage for machineguns
-Added new weapons to the Alliance weapons pool (received from Alliance Caches)
-Fixed Excalibur's missing Unique tag, allowing it to be upgraded at the Infusion Station
-Added a new Unique weapon, the Offender
-Added a new Unique weapon, the Vengeance
-Added a new monster, the Akkimari Striker
-Fixed some merchants in the Creon Embassy not being invincible
-Reworked Hoverbike scripts to be cleaner and more customizable
-Hoverbikes can now be controlled in zero-G and underwater
-Added racing gates for hoverbikes, which can offer speed bonuses and slow-down effects
-Minor improvements to stealth mechanics
-Added a new Unique Patreon weapon, the Chraak Cannon
-Created a new passive monster behaviour that allows monsters to use targeted abilities while not set to be agressive
-Kelbets should function as before, but NPCs should no longer attack them
-Updated all Akkimari scavenger armour sets with better sprites and new dyeing options
-Akkimari Scavenger NPCs now have more varied armour equipped
-Updated all Akkimari armour to have a new colour palette when dyed white
-The Drifter now sells Violated ion Cores after the "Stopping the Corruption" quest has been completed
-Updated descriptions for hidden armour pieces
-Hidden armour pieces can now be purchased at any black market
-The Shadow Cloak ability will no longer activate if the player is immune to shadow cloak invisibility effects
-Fixed ground anchors on Avikan awnings

In the future, events like the Harrowing will automatically start and end on set dates without the need for an update on the Steam Workshop. Any new events will require a new update in order to add the new event-themed content, but returning events will start and end automatically!

Surprise update! Version 2.3.4 adds a Halloween-themed event, the Harrowing, to the mod, allowing you to collect a number of masks, some new weapons and candy with any race. The event will only be available for a limited time, so make sure to grab what you want before it's gone!
