How to open Centausian door?

I found cyan colored celestial body, killed the Oculus, but i have no clue how to open the room with teleport after him.
Maybe i need to take something with me or it should be open after killing actual 'boss' of this place?

There's a console nearby that will open the door. Look for a large glowing pillar of light: there's only one in the area, and that console will open the door.

I thought it was a deco.
