For non-Aegi, the teleporter is currently only found in Aeginian and Trinkian spaceships. They should be fairly common, but since their spawning is still randomized you can get unlucky and not have any show up for quite some time. In that case, you can use an admin command to warp directly to the Creon Embassy and save a bookmark once you're there. The command is:
The Landing Festival ended just after New Year's Day, but you can still use that warp command to visit the event location and get some of the event items. Some quests can no longer be completed without additional commands, but most of the event content is still accessible from the event location. The warp command for that is:
I know this is an old post, but how would I set a bookmark once i'm on land at the creon embassy? I don't see a teleporter spot or anything to set one like at the science outpost. Unless there's a feature in starbound to bookmark a location while you're beamed down to it that i'm unaware of.
I'm not a "I need it NOW!" kind of player, but I can tell you from my current Aegi playthrough (I did a complete Avikan playthrough a year and a half ago) that having to wait to find a Friendly Alliance Ship was very, very annoying because I got quite unlucky.
I don't use FU and there are plenty of Elithian ships in my game, but I was just really unlucky when I started this playthrough.
All you can do, if you're determined to get there (after a while of just trying to play the game normally), is farm fuel and jump from system to system. It sucks and is boring.
