Creon Embassy
Maybe i;m just being really unlucky, but for the life of me I can't find a portal to the Creon embassy. I've yet to find any Aegi ships and none of the Aegi colonies on planets have a porter. Is there another way to get to it so I can try the holiday stuff?

If you're playing as an Aegi, you can craft a Creon Embasy Teleporter in the Planning Table (the Aeginian version of the Inventor's Table). I just noticed that the Trink lack a craftable teleporter, so I'll add one for them in the next update too.

For non-Aegi, the teleporter is currently only found in Aeginian and Trinkian spaceships. They should be fairly common, but since their spawning is still randomized you can get unlucky and not have any show up for quite some time. In that case, you can use an admin command to warp directly to the Creon Embassy and save a bookmark once you're there. The command is:

/warp instanceworld:allianceoutpost

The Landing Festival ended just after New Year's Day, but you can still use that warp command to visit the event location and get some of the event items. Some quests can no longer be completed without additional commands, but most of the event content is still accessible from the event location. The warp command for that is:

/warp instanceworld:alliancefestivalhall

Thank you. I found a bunch of Trinkian ships etc but no porters. I guess i was just unlucky. It's a shame I missed the event. I loaded up about New Years Eve and saw the popup but I spent the whole time since looking for a teleporter, lol. Pity I missed the quests.

I'm guessing the presents is one that can't be completed anymore?

Yep, that's the one. Half of the presents only appear at the Creon Embassy while the event is active. You can still spawn them in though, their item IDs are "landingmissingpresent1", "landingmissingpresent2", etc.

Thank you kindly:)

I know this is an old post, but how would I set a bookmark once i'm on land at the creon embassy? I don't see a teleporter spot or anything to set one like at the science outpost. Unless there's a feature in starbound to bookmark a location while you're beamed down to it that i'm unaware of.

When you pop in, go to your right until you find an elevator. Ascend a few floors up, there should be a 2 stop teleshop looking teleporter

I genuinely believe that there should be a sooner way to access the hubs, such as having them available via the 2 Stop Teleshop.

I'm not a "I need it NOW!" kind of player, but I can tell you from my current Aegi playthrough (I did a complete Avikan playthrough a year and a half ago) that having to wait to find a Friendly Alliance Ship was very, very annoying because I got quite unlucky.

I don't use FU and there are plenty of Elithian ships in my game, but I was just really unlucky when I started this playthrough.

All you can do, if you're determined to get there (after a while of just trying to play the game normally), is farm fuel and jump from system to system. It sucks and is boring.

If you look closely at the planning table you'll notice that there is a crafting recipe for a teleporter to the Creon Embassy. I didn't notice it either, only near the end of my first Aegi playthrough, but fortunately there is an alternative to finding an alliance ship. I would think that the SAIL mentioning the existence of the recipe would be helpful, as there is no craftable teleporter in the base game, but to be honest I'm surprised it took me so long to notice it.
