As an Aegi or Trink, all you have to do is complete the quest to repair your ship (called "Become Space-worthy"), then beam back to your own ship. You'll get some messages from Admiral Lyiin, after which you have to travel to the Creon Embassy. Speak to the receptionist there, and you'll get your Ambassador's Pass.

To get to the Creon Embassy, just craft the Creon Embassy teleporter or find any Aeginian or Trinkian NPC ship and use their teleporter. The receptionist is to the right from the spawn.

If you're using Frackin' Universe's BYOS, you'll have to spawn the pass using an admin command. The item ID for it is "allianceambassadorpass". FU BYOS currently causes you to skip the vanilla "Become Space-worthy" quest, which prevents the pass quest from activating.

If you don't want to use the admin command the SIP mod with the proper patches allow you to spawn the item in without admin command or going into admin mode.

It's part of a very small series of quests exclusive to the Aegi and Trink, and doesn't offer much more than a special shield and some clothing items. You can manually start these quests through commands, but this may end up messing with future quests if additional ERM story quests are introduced.

The series of quests are:
-"alliancestoryhidden"
-"alliancestorystart"
-"alliancestory-passpickup"
-"alliancestory-shield"

The shield you get from these quests is "allianceemblemshield".

If you play as an Aegi, you can also get the following items:
-"aegi-allianceuniformhead"
-"aegi-allianceuniformchest"
-"aegi-allianceuniformlegs"

While the Trink get these items:
-"trink-alliancechest"
-"trink-alliancelegs"
