Game will crash now upon me loading my ship.
It will start up. Ill pick my save slot, and I will freeze in my ship and nothing will load. The background of the ship will be there, not the paneling and furniture I have added. Then imediatly after it freezes, I crash extremely quick. My other race files still work. I quit while I was jumping if that helps. I had a 30+ hour build on an ocean but I cant find the co-ordinates since I cant do anything upon loading that slot. Should I restart my pc/steam? And is there a way I can find the ocean planet file in my directory?

Could you upload your starbound.log to pastebin? I need that log before I can analyze the issue!

A couple friends and I were getting crashes when going to a planet we built a base using Trink design components on, and somehow monster hide is involved? Apparently the crash log listed the trink rooves. It was as a part of the Frackin' collection. I'm retrieving my .log now.

Our issue differs in that singleplayer seems unaffected entirely, but this may be as our base is not present in SP. This log seems to have generated while launching SP, so it may be even less relevant.

In the Official Bug Report Discussion, there's a link to a guide that shows you exactly how to find your log. That discussion is also the best place if you run into any more issues in the future: no need to create a new discussion for every issue. For now, I'll post the link I mentioned here, too: Modding:Starbound Log File[starbounder.org]

I'm not seeing any errors that would crash the game in your singleplayer log, unfortunately. Would you be able to upload a copy of the server's log? You'll also need to make sure that the log is grabbed right after the game crashed: if you restarted the game after the crash happened, the log gets overwritten and the crash won't be recorded in the new log.

So I have 2 log files for my "Wanderer of Worlds", aka my avikan character.
Here they are:

The server supposedly didn't crash, only clients, so I'm not sure it'd work. My friend took it down last night thinking it fruitless to recover, but I'll see if I can coax him to send me the .log.

Wow, that almost sounds dirty.

Could you upload your most recent log? The most recent log is always called starbound.log (or just starbound if you don't have file extensions set to be visible) - the two logs you sent are your oldest logs, so I'm not sure if they show the relevant issue.

I did spot an error that may well have crashed your game in the logs you sent, but I can't quite figure out what is causing the issue yet - I haven't ever seen a similar error before. Hopefully the most recent log can shed a little more light on the issue.
