Right now there's not really any way to keep water on orbital platforms specifically (Unless i'm missing something obviously) it would be nice if the Life Support Units on said Stations also provided a trickle of water since it mentions a larger life support network in it's description and provides heat, power and oxygen already. They've got giant anti-ship cannons, surely they have water.

It doesn't have to be much per unit since there's like 20+ on the platform and we have the water recovery system, plus having a dedicated water tank room storing large amounts of water so sprinklers can even function is nice thematically.

Sending out a Gravship to collect water is neat in theory but less so in practice and since wells can't be placed on gravship structures anymore, they have to be manually placed outside the ship every single time.. It's a tedious loop.

Asteroid bases at least have the Cryogenic extraction node, so it would be nice to have something for captured platforms, even if it's just something as simple as a big ol' net outside that catches tiny ice meteorites.
