polluted tiles (biotech) giving tons of well pollution (>1000%)
While I'm not sure whether its intended or not, putting a well in a polluted (biotech) region will make the pollution (dubs) skyrocket easily past several thousand percent. If it is intended, I'd suggest that pollution be capped in some way, or an option to make it cause toxic buildup rather than diseases.
