Where can i find Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Amethyst ... ... ... ...

You get them as drops from different, higher level creatures, not sure which, but I have gotten them from scions, bosses, etc.

Okay, another thing, Taming Alphas. I was looking into the Taming GUIDE on main page. nearly getting killed by Alpha, knocked him out, put meat in (Dilo) but he didnt eat it. I always need kibble to tame? Cause general food, doesnt work

We used xeno kibble for instant tame. Did you try regular and prime meat?

So, the Dino Taming Guode is useless?

The dino taming guide tells you the preferred kibble for each alpha respectively. The second column for food is what they will eat after the tame.
