There is no builders helmet in my ini

When i got to my ini i have everything basic but there is no [builders helmet] so i cant change max weight if i can get a way to fix this or someone knows whats going on it be awesome if you could let me know

You have to put the [Builder's Helmet] in your ini
it's not there by default
