High tech late game rewards?
When i get a bandit clearing quest, the Kingdom that asked me to kill the bandits rewards me with some high tech piece of equipment, like a..erm, a space laser targeting beacon or something like that. any chance you could fix that? like instead of a space laser beacon you'll get a high quality sword or a set of ballistas or something. something in keeping with the times this mod is trying to project you know?.

I am wondering if also loading the medieval vanilla mod that removes all those items from the game would fix it. Using both mods at same time.

Hm, can't recall the exact name of the mod but there was this one mod that made all enemies wear either cloth tribal clothes or actual medieval armors and weapons. but (if its the mod i think you're talking about) the author of that mod hasn't updated the damn thing and it doesn't work. shame really, that was a good mod to. :/

I have the same issue, I am getting stash quests that reward you with items such as bionic legs or psychic emitters (or whatever they are called), and I have not even been playing my colony for half a year yet. I am doing a medieval/magic playthrough, so having that kind of stuff as a reward doesn't really fit. I havn't tried yet, but I am worried I wont be able to just do the quest and sell the items I can't use, since I am using the faction control mod so that I only have medieval based factions.

I tried the Medieval - Vanilla mod, but that one works even worse, as it doesn't remove items entirely in some instances like shuttle crashes (mod that adds more events), causing issues since you cannot designate storage or getting rid of them by burning them. For incidents like item stash or enemy camps, it will only remove the rewards, not replace them, so I get a ton of quests that have 0$ value rewards, yay.

So far, this mod has been the one that works the best though. I am also using the modded storyteller from vanilla factions expanded - medieval, but his tech limit feature doesn't seem to work, probably because of faction control or some other mod.
