Is there any way possible for all operations to be available for human players and not just AI?

My understanding is that the AI only missions are meant to steer the AI towards taking actions it wouldn't normally take, whereas we humans are smarter and can thinks strategically when the AI cannot.

My understanding as well, I would just like being able to utilize any historical advantage possible into my strategy as well.
