Mod-Order sometimes breaks Building.

Fix: Put More Furniture above your other mods, especially above those that add/alter constructions

You need to redefine the abstract definitions for BaseFurniture and BaseBuilding inside your mod.
You already aware of the issue and said just but it at top of the mod order.. But that does not solve another issue. Please read this post on ludeon forum

You rely on the abstract furniture and basebuildings from core. But xml inheritance wont work very well and if another mod redefines the furniture and removes the CompQuality, all your nice furniture wont have any quality stat

Use RimFridge and load it before More Furniture, build a bed and take a look on the quality stat.

If you click on the bedside table the colors of the game change and the screen freezes untill you click it again

Fix: Delete the end tables and rebiuild them, they were re-defined in an update and it broke the older ones.
The end table light quality displays incorrectly on the map. It was actually displaying incorrectly within the information box, too, but when I reloaded after changing my screenshot settings, the information box became consistent between the quality in the title and the quality shown at the end of the information box.

Right now the table displays on the map as Shoddy, but shows Superior/Superior. Earlier, all my tables were displaying as Normal in the information box, but with different qualities on the map and the structure's title.
Here's some screenshots to show how the beauty is displaying. The end table light is giving a 34 beauty, showing it's consistent with the Superior quality displayed in the information box, even though on the map it lists as Shoddy. In the second screenshot, you can see that the end table light displays a beauty that's consistent with the Poor quality designation, not the Normal quality displayed on the map:
