What exactly am I supposed to do to get rid of radiation sickness caused by the guns that federators have? My colonists have all been tended to, but they didn't get over it, in fact it got worse over time. Now it's a whole mess, my colonists keep vomiting everywhere, eating more and more food and just vomiting around causing them "ugly environment" and "hungry" mood debuffs and it's so infuriating to manage. They get tended to every day but it doesn't seem to do anything, there is no percentage being filled like with any other disease (like when flu gets to 100% the colonist dies, there is no such indicator with this one, it only lists the debuffs and tend quality) and it just got to extreme from minor previously.
