Are you planning to add an option for infinite level up pawns like in "Duck's Insane Skills MOD"? That would be great addon ;)

Well, there is the mod "Insane Skills" (aka Ducks Insane Skills) that removes the cap for skills. I think someone might not have read what they said up top and thought about Insane Skills. (it was not until this moment that i realized they talked about duck's insane skills at the top)

Ducks' Insane Skill has not been updated to 1.4 yet...
Update: Hmm, found a mod "EndlessGrowth" by Slime-Senpai, that seems to do the trick. Hasn't checked it out yet, but looks promising

So, "EndlessGrowth" indeed works.
Though, there are a few things to keep in mind:
1. Skill gain seems slower than with "Ducks Insane Skills". I have great difficulty to making my pawns with Crafting passion to reach even lvl 15.
2. There are some synergies with other mods, especially when using "Un-Limited", as advised by the mod developer. In combination with the "Vanilla Skills Expanded" specializations and "Combat Update", you can fire the sniper rifle with a fire rate of a minigun.

EndlessGrowth doesn't stop skill decay. That's why it's taking longer to level skills.

If you want pawns to get over 20 you'd want to add this in addition to EndlessGrowth.
