Vanilla ship upgrading not working even when NOT chosing for BYOS
So guys, as the title says, i've chosed for not using BYOS in my game, but still, penguin Pete won't upgrade it. I already have 2 crew members, 2 upgrade modules and already finished the erchius mine mission. I even got the notification saying that i was able to upgrade the ship but Pete still just selling his stuff.

Then you likely have a conflict installed, since by default this shouldn't happen. Check the incompatible list posted on the main page.

Yeah... I checked the incompatible list ant i had some things that I shouldn't..... Pete still unresponsible so i guess I'll have to start a new game. good thing that i'm not that far in it, at least. Thanks for the help!
