did you uninstall all mech-energy mods?
did you actually *fuel* the mech with the tablet?
1: if you have ANY mech-energy mods, the fuel system will not work. they are completely incompatible with FU now
2. the value is how much fuel restores, per item. So x2500 would refill 2500 fuel. x4 you get 4 fuel per item
Would you consider adding in passive energy harnessing? A power core of sorts for example reducing energy per second by 0.2 or whatnot.
