Hello, I just recently played this using survivalist pyro. It says that survivalist can integrate combast vest regardless of intelligence. So I'm currently using the build but combat vest doesn't seem to work even though my trait is survivalist. I tried using both "combat vest" and "combat vest MKII" and both doesn't work, but when I have the intelligence it will work though.
